Upgrade to play Counter Strike Global Offensive better

Hi guys.
My friend is having som lagging trouble while playing cs go and is asking what he should upgrade on his computer.
Can u help me?
His speccs are:

from Speccy
Operating Systeam = Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
CPU = Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3,2 GHz (Haswell 22nm Technology)
RAM = 6GB Corsair Dominator GT DDR3 2000 MHz -it only says 666 Mhz on speccy, why is that?
Motherboard = MSU B85M-E45 (MS-7817) (Socket 0) - dont know why it says 0, when it is really 1150 socket
Graphics = 1535MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 (NVIDIA)
Storage = 111GB KINGSTON SV300S37A120G (SSD)

Absolutely he should upgrade his GPU. His CPU is more than fine, his RAM is fine, his GPU is definitely the weak spot. What budget do you have, and what country are you in?

what about the motherboard? how important is it? because it's a pretty cheap model i see?

I would guess about 1500 danish kr (225 US Dollars)
But isnt cs more about cpu than it's graphic?

His CPU is fine, it's in the top tier of gaming CPU's. His motherboard could definitely be upgraded, but it doesn't really need to be unless he is having trouble with his.

It looks like the best upgrade he could do with his budget is this.
