I can still play games 1080p highest settings but sometimes I can't keep a nice 60fps and my 1% lows are terrible.
Current specs:
i5 4570
RX 470
2x8GB 1600Mhz
H81M
650W

I've now save enough money that I could upgrade to a new system.
R5 2600
1660 Super
2x8 3200Mhz
B450M
650W

Will I get better gaming experience if I upgrade now or I should keep saving for something better?

Solution
Since you only play at 1080p I would keep the 570 still a decent card for 1080p. And get the ryzen 5 3600 instead of the 2600. Your 1 % lows is bad due to the quad core . Example For me I have a Intel e3 1265l (4c/8t) but clocked only at2.4 turbo to 3.4. Had a i5 3470 for free figure I try it out so I swapped it . Now on overwatch my 1% is really bad . Also have micro stutter when everyone is on screen spamming attacks. Never had that issue with the e3.
