upgrade to skylake or to gtx1070?

i have a fx8320e with a gtx950. my budget atm is 550 euros, so should i upgrade to skylake and later on get a 1070 or upgrade to a gtx1070 and later on to upgrade to skylake?

also, when i upgrade to skylake what cpu and mobo?

My vote would be 1070 now and Skylake later as long as you overclock your CPU to get the most out of the 8320e

I vote for the 1070 as well should see much better FPS and you can always upgrade down the road to skylake.
