Upgrade to SSD in Samsung Series 7

Solution
From the Samsung web site, it does not list if it is SATA 2 or 3. I also looked at a review, and they do not say.

There is a good chance that this notebook is SATA 3 as the spec was released in 2009, and this notebook came out in 2012, but this is hardly definitive.

If you are looking to upgrade the HDD to an SSD, even if it is SATA 2, this will still be considerably faster than a mechanical hard drive, and still worth the upgrade.
