Upgrade to Win 8 or 8.1

Hi! I am currently using 64-bit windows 7 home premium. I just wanna ask if i will lose any files ( Games, Gamesaves, pictures , other programs) when upgrading to win 8 or the 8.1 (64- bit) version? In advance, thanks for the replys!
