upgrade to Win7 64-bit

I am running Win7 32-bit, How can I upgrade to Win7 64-bit?

If you have OEM copy you have to buy a new copy I believe, If you have a normal version though it should came with 2 dvd's 1 of them is 32 bit 1 of them is 64 bit. You can just install from 64 bit with same key.

There is no direct upgrade path from 32 bit to 64 bit or vice-versa. You need to do a clean install.
