Upgrade to Windows 10 stuck?

Hi guys,

I recently decided to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and reserved my upgrade. I got my notification recently and started to update today.

But for some reason the update wouldnt Install and it kept giving me errors and saying that another update was in progress even though there was none.

I was confused so I decided to restart my computer only to arrive at a screen saying "keep your PC on until this is done. Installing update 1 of 1"

It has been stuck on that screen for 2 hours and im not sure what to do. My HDD indicator light is flashing but not very often. Please help!

Mine did that when I tried to update from 7 to 10. When it finally resets, check your update folder and see what the error code is, if there is one.
