Upgrade two pcs

I am upgrading two PCs for gaming. By upgrading I mean replacing the CPU and GPU in each.
First: Gigabyte F2A85XM-D3H AMD A-8 6600K MSI Radeon HD-7790 LSP 750 8GB Ram
Second: Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H 750K@6800 MSI Radeon HD 7790 LS600 8GB Ram

I'd like to keep the cost below $400 for each computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated by this senior citizen.
