I would like to buy a graphics card for the Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family that will play 2014 games. I am on a budget so I can't pay a whole lot for it. What do you suggest? Thank you

My budget is about $50. CPU is Intel Core 2 Duo E 8500 @ 3.16 Ghz

At $50 you're looking at an older generation used card. If I were you, I'd save a bit more and get either the Radeon HD 7770 or Radeon R7 250X... either GPU should cost you at least $100. The R7 250X is just a rebranded HD 7770.
