Upgrade video card

Please! in simple terms could someone tell me what video graphics card with 512 of memory would upgrade my Dell Precision workstation 530? Intel xeon cpu 2.80ghz/2.79ghz, 1gb ram.

You have a AGP Pro socket.
This was a rarely-used slot for cards that required more electrical power. It is a longer slot with additional pins for that purpose.
