Dear Reader,
I want to upgrade the wifi-card of my laptop to a Wifi 6 card.
But i have been searching on google but can't find any clear answer if there is a wifi 6 card available for my laptop.
I know mine has dual (2,4ghz and 5ghz) but i want to upgrade to wifi 6 if possible!

The laptop i have is a : Asus F555LD Windows 10.
Current wifi card is: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless AC 7260
Does anyone has a suggestion what wifi-card module i can buy to enable wifi 6 on my laptop? (If it is possible at all?)
Thank you in advance!

Johnny

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

From what my Google images show, your WiFi adapter's slot is that of a PCIe based card. Meaning that so long as you find a half height PCIe WiFi adapter that's in the WiFi 6 spec, you're good to go though in retrospect the 7260 and above all were released as an NGFF or M.2 form factor to which I'd advised on upgrading your WiFi adapter.

At first thank you for the reply and the welcome!

Ok thank you for the answer! I found one online that says it is a half height/size mini-pcie (it also includes bracket to make it a full i think?)

Thank you also for the fast reply! Then i think i will order the pcie card and hope that it fits and works perfect!

Thank you again!
