Upgrade, worth it?

I presently have an AMD Radeon 7770 HD 2gb and I know there is a sale going on for the XFX Radeon R7 260X Core Edition R7-260X-CNF4 Video Card - 2GB DDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), AMD CrossFire
for 140.00 Is this a decent upgrade? I play BF4 and I want to run med to high graphics with 60 fps. I presently get 60 with low.

You will be disappointed, the cards are close in performance.

From that link, it looks like there is a decent difference.

OTOH, I was looking at tom's hierarchy chart where they are in adjacent tiers:

And... $140 seems like a lot to pay for a R7-260X if it is US$

I think I would look for a GTX750ti which is in the $150 range.
