What GPU ? 3600 or 3700x may be enough.

I have the gigabyte 2070 super aorus I just bought it not that long ago and I figured why not get somethin way more powerful then what I have now

the 1800x will bottleneck the 2070S only when you are playing 1080p 144hz, a ryzen 5 3600 would be enough. But if you do multi-threaded workloads then you should buy the 3900x
