Question GPU upgrade

I've had this rebuilt pc for a while now and I now want to add a GPU to it ( the RX 550 4gb)
my specs
CPU: AMD A8 9600
motherboard: AB350M-HD3-CF
power supply: I don't know the brand but I know its 400w
Ram: one stick of 8gb
storage: 2 TB
I'm just wondering if it'll be fine if I get an RX 550 4gb ( this is the site I'm getting it from(its a local New Zealand PC store)
