Hello! I am in need of an upgrade, i currently have:
i5 3470,
16 gb DDR3 1600 Mhz
1060 3gb
500 watt 80 plus PSU

i already know what i want to buy so i want to know what professionals think so let me know.
new MOBO: ASUS Prime H610M-E D4
CPU: i5 12400F.
RAM: DDR4 16 GB (2X8 3200 MHZ) CORSAIR RBG PRO

I have been saving up for a long time now so my budget is tight, for now i was thinking of keeping GPU and somewhere in the future i will start working and in the end i will save up for MSI RTX 3050 8 GB Ventus 2X OC. And i think this build will last for long time i guess, let me know what you guys think! thank you in advance!

You know it's cool i just found myself a better build, for now i will get i3 10105f, 16 gb ram 2600 mhz and a psu (or mabe no psu change, will i need more for that i3?) , whenever I'll start working I'll save up for better components later, faster and better.
i think its better and cheaper that way lol.
Thank you all once again

Hello! i am planning to upgrade from
i5-3470 to i3-10100F,
DDR3 16gb (2x8) 1600 MHZ to DDR4 16gb (2x8) 2666 MHZ
Keeping the gpu (asus dual 1060 3 gb)
And i was thinking of changing the PSU Because i got worried it'll burn me along with it so i thought why not, also for the future sake, i might save up for RTX so why not.

my current PSU is DN500 i was thinking of ZALMAN MegaMax 800-TXII 800 Watt cause it seems good and is cheap

ps. i already made a similar topic in systems forum, but the consultation was not enough, so i decided to make another one, i am sorry.

No, it's a very cheaply made, group-regulated PSU. I don't know how it could "seem good" since it's obviously group-regulated junk from the chart printed on it.

Also, the threads have been merged. People posting multiple threads on the same topic without a very good reason is not permitted.

Are there new stores that you didn't list that you can order from? You've already had multiple people look at your link and let you know the least expensive PSUs available that were worth paying money for.
