I have MSI B550 APRO and MSI MPGA650GF. Do I upgrade my ram or processor or power supply?

Well, you don't list your power supply so its hard to answer your question. Also, without knowing what you want to use your computer for its another challenge to answer your question. If gaming, I would say your CPU. For 1080p gaming, an R5 3500 is not ideal. A R5 3600X at minimum and a 7000 series Ryzen or 12th/13th gen intel if you are up for replacing mobo and ram depending on mobo.

Edit: After the fact, I realize the random string of letters and numbers is a PSU. My initial comments stand.

The best CPU for your socket for gaming is a 5800X3D. You will need to update the BIOS. Your RAM is likely good enough as far as speed and timings go. 16gb of RAM is also good enough for most modern games and a couple chrome tabs open in the background. Considering you already have a 1080p 144hz monitor you should be good with that graphics card for a long while, unless you want to step up to 1440p or 4k 120hz.
