Upgraded and now pc wont power on?

upgraded ram, cpu and motherboard, im quite sure i plugged everything in correctly(will unplug everything and put it all back in in 20 min). it worked before i removed the old parts. whats strange is that there is a small green light on the mobo when its plugged in but not powered on, i read through the manual and it says its an audio light. any suggestions?

I looked at the box for the RAM and it doesnt seem to support the FX 8320, only the phenom 2, i3 i5 and i7. could that be why the system doesnt boot? ive gone through basically all the steps in the link, read manual etc. doubt my parts are broken, so could the ram be the culprit? what ram sould i go with then?
