Hi, yesterday I upgraded my setup with a new PSU, GPU and a BIOS update(all at the same time unfortunately, so I don't know what part of the upgrade is causing it) and my computer actually got worse. While on my old build I was able to play games like overwatch decently on medium settings, now I get 5-30 FPS on low settings and I also noticed a huge increase in loading times. Have you guys got any idea what might be causing it?

CPU: i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz
GPU: r9 390 8 GB
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 @ 665 MHz
Motherboard: H61M-E33
PSU: Corsair RM750x

Refreshing the OS as in reinstalling windows? And I already downloaded the latest GPU drivers.
