Question Upgraded CPU, computer restarts randomly.

I just replaced my i5-9400F with an i7-9700K. I also installed a Enermax ETS-N31 heatsink. I used thermal paste, my motherboard is compatable, my PSU should be big enough. But for some reason my PC has been restarting unexpectedly. I am able to play some games with no problem, I installed Roblox just to see and I can run it, I can even play Space Engineers. But I just loaded into Sea of Thieves with my friends and it restarted. This has been happening since I installed it. Any ideas?

Edit: The most recent crash is "Kernel-Power Event ID: 41"

Temps are good for the CPU, I have tried reseating it so I will look into BIOS. Any tips for updating? I have an ASUS motherboard, should I use the online updater or go out and buy a flash drive?

Updating the CPU?
Go slow. Keep it clean (be careful with the paste). Don't do anything if you don't know exactly what you are doing.
What motherboard?

I was referring to updating the BIOS. I have a Prime B250M-A
