[SOLVED] Upgraded from a ryzen 5 2600 to a 3600, now my PC won't boot and my GPU won't start

I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 2600 to a 3600, but now my PC won't boot- I switched back to my 2600 to try updating the BIOS but when I switched it still won't boot-
So I reset the BIOS by removing the cmos battery and just put it back if after 30 minutes and it's still not booting-

The GPU now doesn't turn on

My 2600 was put into my brother's PC for an upgrade and the same thing has happened to his PC

Mobo: Asus prime a320m-k
GPU: in the Radeon HD 4000 or 5000 series, but not sure on model (temporary, switching to an RTX 2070S, also yes I know I need to upgrade my mobo)

Any other ideas on what to do ??

have you updated your mobo bios to newest version ? if not use the old cpu and update to newest version available

My original CPU stopped working with my pc aswell

Put the original processors back in and make sure they still boot.
If they do then you both need to update the bios.
