I had my HTPC setup with an ASUS P8H61-I (http://amzn.com/B004W8EFWK) inside a MI008 with a 250W Itx Psu+sata Power Supply (http://amzn.com/B001H0BA24).

Because I wanted four USB3.0 ports, I bought a Gigabyte GA-B75TN mini-itx motherboard (http://amzn.com/B00C99MV5C).

But the problem is that the power connections are totally different, here you can see the ones on the ASUS: http://i.imgur.com/Txw4Pbx.jpg (also highlighted the PCIe adaptar, more on that later) and here you can see the ones I believe are the ones for the Gigabyte: http://i.imgur.com/aQpjKGe.jpg

It has something in the back that says DC Adapter connector, but I have no idea what it is: http://i.imgur.com/ordTNy6.png

So, this requires a new type of PSU? Is there any adapter? How can I connect it?

Bt the way, I thought the PCIe was going to be the same, as I have an Asus Radeon (http://amzn.com/B004X8EOB6) but it is much shorter, so I would probably have to end up buying another PCIe card, so, anybody can recommend a PCIe card that can do 3D?

UPDATE: here are the connecotr on my PSU http://i.imgur.com/4uoml4m.jpg

The problem is that I'm looking for a mini ITX motherboard with FOUR USB 3.0 in the rear, that for some reason is very hard to find.

So far, and for around 110, this is the only one.

I have 4 external USB 3.0 hard drives.

Another option is a mother with four USB 3.0 2 rear 2 front, but I would have to change the case also, as mine has only 2.0 front connectors.
