Hi guys,

I need your opinion on something. My current GPU is 780Ti and I've recently bought a 980Ti due to EVGA's "mega super duper" sale.. I compared the two, checked some reviews and found some comparison data/statistics. To my knowledge in "raw" specs the results shows a boost of 30% performance with the 980Ti model.

I currently have 2x 21" FHD Monitors and 40" FHD TV, which are connected to my 780Ti.
The way I would usually play a game is either using one of my monitors for Keyboard/Mouse required games - World of Warcraft, League of Legends, CS:GO, etc... OR switch my primary screen to my TV and use an XBOX controller for some of the STEAM games that support this type of input.

Q. What are the benefits of holding onto my 780Ti?
Q. Is there a way/point to make them work together?

Solution
Size is a rather meaningless statistic as card performance is resolution dependent. The 980 Ti is about 40% faster on average than its predecessor.

You can use a lesser card for PhysX but the 780 Ti is way too much card for that purpose.

Id sell it

You can still sell it as having more performance as the 970, due to the 2-3% advantage it holds in frame rates, and the overclocking potential it has. Not worth keeping it as a PhysX card due to the very minimal input it will have.
