I was fortunate enough to be able to get a new graphics card yesterday (GTX 1070) and now every time I turn on my PC or restart its takes about a minute to post. I have done some research and have come up with some ideas... What are y'alls thoughts on this? My PC would boot very fast with my GTX 970, and I did uninstall all Nvidia drivers prior to installing my 1070.
I don't want to update my BIOS if I don't have to. I am willing to clean install my windows 10 if y'all think that is the problem.
