Upgraded gpu still low performance(really low)

Recently shifted from gt 210 to asus strix geforce 960 2gb still getting 10~20 fps on fortnite(on all settings)
I dont know how this happend.
Tried DDU nd reinstalled fresh drivers
No use .
While playing fortnite at epic/med/high settings
Gpu temp 41℃~42 ℃ (ig its low)
Gpu usage(%) 10~9% (i dont know how )
Memory usage 1551MB (out of 4gb)
Gpu clock 1227 MHz (stable)
Gpu voltage 1162 mV(stable)
Memory clock 7200MHz(stable)
Vid usage 0%
Cpu temp core 0 103℃ max 100℃ min
Cpu temp core 1 105℃ max 104℃ min

Specs:
Intel core i3 6100
4gb ram
500w psu
Asus strix 960 oc 2gb

I guess my pc is working on integrated graphics (intel graphics)

What software is reporting cpu temperature?
If really over 100 C then the cpu has cooling problems and has slowed down to prevent damage

Hence poor performance

I think its because my pc is using integrated gpu instead of dedicated

Check cpu speed with cpu-Z to see if it has slowed down

Do you have any case fans and are they working?
What is ambient (air) temperature ?

Try downloading MSI afterburner and see what it reports. You dont want your CPU over 85C and if its hitting 100 then it is thermal throttling to a lower speed which will kill FPS. You need to remove your HSF, clean and,reapply thermal,paste and reinstall. Are you using the stock cooler?

It also would help to increase RAM to 8GB
