my pc model is HP Slimline Desktop - 450-160hk
CPU i5 4460T
GPU Radeon R5 330
8GB DDR3
I want to upgrade to a RX550/560D as I found a good deal on those
RX560D for the prize of a GT1030(about $35)
Also should I take the 1030 GDDR5, RX560D, or the RX550?
all are 2GB versions and i game at 1360x768
P.S. I found a RX550 4GB in a similar prize range, should i go for it?

I'd be very uneasy about using that power supply, which appears designed for the specs and no upgrades (I'm also a little worried about the PCIE slot power, which I can't find the spec for this OEM motherboard). You're also limited to low profile GPUs; generally speaking, never buy a small form factor pre-built PC if you want to make upgrades.

The good news here is that the motherboard doesn't appear to require a proprietary power supply.

My current GPU is the r5 330 oem which has a power draw of 50W. I researched for a little bit and found that the GTX750 uses 55W and the 1030 use 33W
I overclocks my r5 really hard(crank everything to the max) and never have any instability so should I upgrade to a 750 or 1030?
(750 is preferred because it is like dirt cheap here in HK it is like $10 or something)
