Recently I bought a new graphic card. I had an 660 and replaced it with an 760 gtx gefore. Both of them are Asus Direct u. So i installed the new driver setting and it replaced the old setting.

My problem is that when im playing League of legends it seems more laggy. I used to play way more comfortable with the mouse clickin without any lag. Now it is lagging 20% more which is really noticeable and annoying. I checked at the fps rate, I used to have 240 fps now Im at 330 fps which means that it should be way more imporved however im struggling with lag. I dont know what the problem is and I hope you guys can help me out?

Ps English is not my primary language so please dont judge my spelling and grammar. Thank you all for reading this.

My specs is

16gb ram

i5 prossecor

800 wat powersupplie

Which Windows are you using? Is your windows with everything up-to-date?
Try turning on Vsync (vertical sync) and try playing with the game on borderless window mode and full screen mode, see if there's a difference between than.
I had a similar problem once in my W7, doesn't matter the FPS, my game would be all laggy, if play in windowed borderless mode, playing in full screen was fine. I fixed it by updating Windows.
Hope it works for you too.

I do not know about the windows system, because before I swapped cards, my old one was working very smoothly, yes the new one has way higher fps almost 100 + more, however it doesnt feel smooth as my old one.

I noticed that one I lock my fps the game seems laggy but smooth looking, but when i put it on unlimted the game screen gets this wave animation and the graphics feels a bit less good however not laggy but still not so smooth as it was before.

I dont know if this has anything to do with it. I just hope I will find a soloution :(

When you play any game in a Fps higher than you monitor refresh hate it causes a problem named 'tearing', that's probably what's causing the game not look smooth.
Anyway, have you tried everything I told you?
