I upgraded my 2nd gen i5-2410M Win7 laptop with a 2TB Seagate Firecuda 6GB/s 5400 Hybrid SATA drive. Loaded a clean install of Win10 along with a Partition for Ubuntu. Disk usage pegs at 100% for nearly everything I do. Ran CrystalDiskMark and I'm only getting between 50-60 MB/s read/write on the drive. Booted into Ubuntu and ran the disk benchmark utility and I get 137 MB/s read and 48 MB/s write with an access time of 39.7 msec. Tried increasing the windows page file size to equal the 6GB of RAM with no improvement. Bios is set on AHCI for the SATA. Windows says I'm running the latest SATA driver version. What next?
