Question Upgraded Motherboard and cpu, now pc underperforming.


For any real assistance, we need a LOT more info.

All the parts, both old and new.

What OS?
Was there a full reinstall of the OS associated with this parts swap?

And your UBM test shows a high background CPU use. This results in a crap output.

4.750W evga bronze power supply

I also got a new antec case.

I've also updated all my drivers but didn't update my bios yet.

If I need to do a full factory install of windows that's fine, I should also upgrade my memory and storage soon.

Changing the motherboard often requires a full wipe and reinstall.
If you do the parts swap and do not do the may have issues.

Since you are currently seeing issues, your next step is self evident.
