I have recently upgraded my mobo, RAM and CPU.
After doing all the exchanging in the case and booting it I now get stuck when reaching login screen. As soon as it appears I get vertical lines light blue/light green on my screen. Cant do anything else.
I have checked my gpu (ASUS HD7770 2gb ddr5) drivers and machine say they are up to date, although they are from 2012. If i try to update it complains that the "driver detection service failed" and shuts down any possible upgrade.
At the same time i just checked the BIOS version of the mobo (GA-970A-DS3P) and it is at version F1 although a beta version F2h seems to be available.
I am now losing my head i cant seem to upgrade the gpu driver and at the same time upgrading the bios to a beta version is, imo, a bit daft.
MAchine runs fine in safe mode and recognizes cpu and memory with no problem. Just thinking i have to put back in all the stuff I used before update or format the drive
