Hi guys, so recently i upgraded from my phenom iix4 955 to an i3 8100 witj a b360 mobo and 3200mhz hyperx ram. However the psu storage and the graphics card are the same as beforE(AMD RADEON HD6870). I have stutters in games and sometimes they crash. I thought it was my storage since it is like a couple of years old. I downloaded crystal disk info and it shows me that my ssd has 13 441 power on hours and that its health status is good, however my 500gb hdd has 7688 power on hours and it shows caution on the health status:reallocated sectors count 10. So is the storage the problem or the psu?(btw its a cooler master silent pro 600w)

I'd say it's a GPU problem since with i3-8100 and HD6870, you'd have a nice bottleneck in your system.

HD6870 is more or less equal to GT 1030 while GTX 1050 Ti is miles better from either of the two,

With GTX 1050 Ti, you can play at high settings @ 720p or medium settings @ 1080p,

As far as your storage drives go, some 500GB HDDs don't have much reliability. I've had 2x 500GB HDDs die on me with relatively short time (after 1 year in use).
To keep your data safe, you can also go with new HDD. WD Blue 1TB has nice reliability and throughout all of my 3x PCs, i have total of 4x of them in use,

Lastly; if it were your PSU's issue, you'd see random PC reboots or even shut downs during gaming, not the stutter and software crashes you're seeing.

Try reinstalling AMD graphics driver. If not then try a clean install of windows and reinstalling the drivers. You hardrive that you transferrred from the amd system might have old drivers for the processor and all.

After clean install use this link to update all you intel related drivers such as chipset, processor, etc

well my budget is around 250 dollars and i cannot find many used cards here in my country(north macedonia) also the rtx 2060 in my country is like 400 dollars new in an official it store. It seems like the it stores here are scamming us.
