Question Upgraded PC turns on but no signal

I recently upgraded my Inspiron 5675. I replaced the PSU with an EVGA 650w N1, my GPU with a Radeon RX 580, and my CPU with a Ryzen 7 2700x. I also got another 8 gb of ram with a Corsair Vengeance LPX. When I tried turning the computer on, it would turn on but then show no signal on the monitor. I replaced the CPU with my old one and it worked, so I sent back the 7 2700x for replacement. I got it a few days ago, yet the same thing happens. I have been touching the side of the PC each time I use it, so I can’t be sure it’s ESD, and everything inside the computer turns on and the fans work. I did a CMOS reset too. Any idea what’s wrong with it?

Sounds like your mobo is incompatible with that CPU. Not abnormal for OEM mobos.
