Question Upgraded PSU, now stuck on post and keyboard doesn't work

After upgrading PSU It now stays on post asking to press f1 to run BIOS recovery. However the keyboard does not work.

It receives power when plugged in and works connected to a laptop.
Also It is the only thing plugged in, I have tried it in every USB port and I have taken the battery out of MOBO to reset it, still no luck, also it says there is 2 keyboards when only one thing I'd plugged into it.

I3 7100
1050ti
2x 4gb ram
Asus H110m-k micro-atx motherboard
Corsair VS 550 watt PSU

Reused old psu and another I had lying around, same result in all three.

sound like you broke or forgot something when you upgrade.

step through your bios I/O settings - may have to check your USB settings (may read something like legacy USB mode [enable])
