So I used to have a ryzen 5 1600 and I upgraded to a 3600 and now I get this wierd stutter occasionally not based on load where it just does 3 quick stutters and can go while before it does it again also sometimes when I boot my computer which I turn off nightly it does a constant stuttering in anything every other second on and off and when I restart it freezes and I have to hold the power button after that it sometimes takes me through the windows settup that I skip through and everything is back to normal
