Hello guys! So I just upgraded from a Ryzen 2600 to a 3600. But after all is done and settled, the monitor doesn't show anything and more worrying, I don't get any power on the mouse and keyboard.
First thing I'm assuming is I need a BIOS update. I'm not sure if it is up to date or not. The motherboard is Asus Tuf B450m Plus Gaming. (I can't find if it has a FLASHBACK feature or not). Good news is I still have the 2600 though I will have to reapply the thermal paste and clean and so on...
What else could it be? I did spill a tiny bit of thermal paste on the mobo but cleaned it nicely. I was using an anti static strap the whole time. I did change some chassis fans which turn on but I don't see why that would cause issues.

Should I be worried that not getting any power through USB ports is a bad sign or do you think its just the BIOS update which is all I need?
Specs are:
Ryzen 3600 /2600.
Asus Tuf B450m plus gaming.
Zotac GTX 1070 Ti.
G Skill Trident Z 3200
Cooler Master V650, 650 watt.
Some SSDs and stuff.

Thanks!!

Edit1: I did trying to clear CMOS. both by removing battery and doing the short thingy with a screw driver.
