Question Upgraded to a 2080 TI. Do I need new power supply and UPS?

So recently decided to upgrade to a RTX 2080TI and my UPS beeps once in a while. Definitely need to get a new one but I am wondering if I will require to get a new power supply too. This is my PC list:

• AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor
• MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard
• EVGA SuperNOVA G3 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
• Asus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB ROG Strix Gaming OC Video Card
• Cyberpower 850VA UPS

What UPS would you recommend for this kind of build? And, do I need a new power supply?

New to building PCs, and to know if I am at least using the right parts to keep the right power to the equipment. Thanks for your time!

Thanks! Any recommendation for a UPS? Seems that I am going over 450w but don't know how much exactly. Should I get a 600W?

I wish i could help but I really don't have proper knowledge to advise you in the UPS world.... I'm buying basic Eaton's, but for work computers (max 100-200W power consumption).
