[SOLVED] Upgraded to new SSD and experiencing lower frames than HDD

I just got a 120GB A400 Kingston SSD and have been experiencing bottlenecking on the SSD but not the HDD. My CPU is a i3-4160 and my GPU is a GTX 1050. Games like CSGO I average over 100 FPS on the HDD but on the SSD I now barely get over 60. Fortnite is basically the same thing but even lower from 150 fps to a drop of 40. Checked through Rivaturner and my usage on my GPU is around 60 and my CPU is around 90+ while on the HDD my GPU is around 80 and my CPU is 90. Please Help...

It was a fresh windows 8.1 i got from the iso of the official site.

Disk speed and FPS are not connected in any way. What may happened is that system and drivers are not optimized properly.
