upgraded to ssd on dell

transferred everything from hd to sdd. at w8 login it still searches other media for the os. checks a couple says fail. then it must get to the ssd then it loads. i want to eliminate this wait for the search. i have looked in bios but there is not clear setting on how to change order to look for os. I would say I am pretty tech knowledgeable but i cannot eliminate this wait. any help would be appreciated!

I cloned the entire hard drive. it is a dell laptop inspiron 5548.

figured it out. its not like previous bios where it has the dvd drive listed, then other drives. you have to go into bios, boot, then eufi boot. set windows boot manager as your first item. message disappeared and now it loads without checking the other locations. i hope this helps someone else.
