USMT4 is tool to get this done. when you run it as admin it flashes and goes away. If you use windows +R you can browse to the file but the cmd window goes away immediately. I saw a reference to a BITCON virus that can be defeated with a registry change but can't find "soundmixer" in the registry.
Did that get changed in windows 10?
I have 4 laptops needing files from this win 7 easy transfer file. thanks in advance. cris1939

You can copy all of the files associated with Easy Transfer to a thumb drive and use that with windows 10. Several of my clients do this daily when migrating users. Easy Transfer is nothing more than a highly customized USMT instance with a pretty interface. USMT itself is strictly command line driven.
