CPU: AMD Athlon quad core 4x 750k 3.5ghz
GPU: Radeon 7770
RAM: 4gb Coursair Blue
OS: Windows 7 ultimate x64
It's a nice start for a PC which it is. This is my 1st PC and now I want to upgrade soon. I sadly run my favorite game Arma 3 at a pathetic 20-30fps in single player. Skyrim runs nice at about 35-45fps (Outside areas) and games like SWTOR have a pretty hard time. I need an upgrade that can help my maintain a good FPS (45-60) in most games with an exception of Multiplayer in games like Arma 3. Any help and opinions are greatly appreciated. Edit: I am not looking to go out all Ultra on games I play games with Normal and moderate settings just fine.

GPU: GTX 660 ( though there could be a bottleneck) 180-200$, if you feel Radeon go for r9 270 200$ or like patrick47018 said a r9 280. I still feel though your cpu may hold this gpu back though.
Ram: 4 more GB would be essential 40$
You will be unable to upgrade your CPU because it has an AM2+ socket so upgrading that would require a new Mobo.

Sorry to everyone for the quickly submitted post.
My Motherboard is an MSI 760GM -E50FX
also I play games at normal-high Skyrim for example everything is Normal with things like V-sync and AA off I don't need a rig to max out ultra on games just a rig to run games at normal nice quality and maintain a solid FPS.
