Solution
You could increase your RAM to 8GB and upgrade your graphics card.

In order to do that, we need to know the exact RAM configuration you have and the power supply you have.

could you explain your question about the RAM configuration im kind of a noob, and my power supply is a 575 watt

Its a logisys ps575xbk and could you send me a link to speccy or HWInfo

That is the results, Do you think i could get away with overclocking it a little? the cpu cooler looks decent and i could send you a pic if you want

Go to the Memory section and put a screenshot of it.

Also, take a pic of the memory inside your PC (the sticker on the memory) + the pic of the CPU cooler.

There hopefully that works

I found the exact RAM on the web but it is not sold anymore. The lowest price I found it at was $35 which is pretty much the price of a new 4x2 kit, not a 2x2 kit. I tried to find another kit with similar specs but RAM with 1.65v is not sold anymore.

I suggest getting this kit of RAM to completely replace the RAM you have now: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-hx313c9fbk28

If you use video editing software a lot and you use one that uses a ton of RAM, you can fork out on a 4x4 kit: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f310666cl9q16gbrl

Logysis is complete trash power supply maker. Their PSU's are chinese crap. Simply take a look at the reviews:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817170017

You really want a reliable PSU. What kind of performance do you expect in gaming? What games do you play and at what resolution? That will help me advise you the graphics card and the appropriate power supply replacement.

Right now i play not much because i cant play most games... I want to be able to play GTA 5 and possibly The division but i don't have a lot of money to spend so i want more budget oriented stuff

What IS your budget then and which websites do you prefer to use? Newegg? Amazon? Any?

I don't particularly care what web sight but i have like 200 total to spend i know its not a lot but i want best performance for the money
Thanks

If you can extend the budget a bit to $250, you can upgrade with these:

RAM should be completely replaced - the two sticks you have taken out and then the new ones put in.

GTX 950 is a very good card at 1080p and will handle anything you throw at it 60 FPS on AT LEAST medium settings. Older titles will run at Ultra preset.

If you don't have $250, I highly suggest looking at GTX 750 Ti which is also a very good card but obviously weaker than the 950.
