Upgrades for my prebuilt PC

I have a Lenovo X315 computer. I wanted to upgrade it in any way to make games run better. Where should I start?
Processor: 3.5 GHz FX 4-Core
Ram: 8 GB DDR3
Graphics: AMD ATI Radeon R9 360 2gb

honestly, that build still packs a punch...specially the cpu...but in case u wanna crank up the performance even more, u can consider getting the new polaris cards rx 460/470/480...
also maybe add another 4gig of ram...
