I want to upgrade my graphics but I am not sure how or what will help games run smoothly. Also I have no idea what will be compatible with my system, graphics card price range between £100-£160 if possible.
I was thinking Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1050 GDDR5 2GB PCI-E but I don't know much about computers

Operating system- Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU- AMD A10-7850K Kaveri 28nm Technology
RAM-8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 797MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard-ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. A68HM-K (FM2+ )
Graphics- HW191 (1440x900@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 Graphics (ASUStek Computer Inc)

Thank you.

Best card in your price range is going to be the GTX 1050Ti, but if you're looking to maybe save a bit of cash and are willing to take a dip in performance, then you may want to consider either the GTX 1050 or RX 460.

I will most likely be changing monitor once I have done the graphic upgrade, this one was just to replace my old one that broke.
Also dumb question, I don't have a HDMI port currently, so when I upgrade, the graphics card has its own right? would I need to consider changing my case or is that just me being dumb? Sorry I am a newbie ah

Currently DVI, though I will be buying a new monitor for HDMI connection, though my casing doesn't have a HDMI port, so would I just stick to the DVI connection?I know the graphics card will come with its own HDMI port, would I just have to use that? I feel dumb aha, I should have taken computer science instead of psychology 😀

You would be connecting the monitor to the port on the back of the video card, and would NOT use the connection to the motherboard anymore.

Using the video port on the motherboard will use the A10's built in graphics. Using the video port on the back of the 1050Ti would be using the videocard.
