Approximate Purchase Date: Within two weeks.
Budget Range: (1000-1300eur) or (1065-1385dollars) After Shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing internet, movies.

Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: No
Parts Preferences: No preference.
Overclocking: Maybe (Don't know anything about it)
SLI or Crossfire: No.
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080(144hz)

Parts to Upgrade: (All ~6years old)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
1. https://www.salidzini.lv/cena?q=
(A place where you can input a component and see it's prices in different shops. Includes most shops available to me. Name means compare.lv)
2. Amazon.com with shipping to Latvia
(If parts are not available in the first shop. I was told they are cheaper in the american amazon)

Location: Riga, Latvia, Baltics, Europe.

Additional Comments: Would like to have my computer boot up quickly, open programs smoothly.
My prefered games are minecraft and terraria with lots of mods.
Rarely play CSGO and Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Valheim.
Don't care about looks of pc, prefer it to be quiet.

My goal is to run minecraft modpacks with minimum 60fps and preferably 144fps.
Don't need more storage space than I already have. My HDD has about 350gb of data I use.
Not sure I need to change my GPU since everything seems fine with it.
My case is in perfect condition also.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm having trouble running and even opening huge minecraft modpacks and terraria also with mods. My fps also drops on light modpacks when I have built many machines or big structures.
My HDD is always running at 100% even when idle.

EDIT: Noticed a post about build guides. Changed format.
Thank you for your help!

Ok. Thank you.
My only question how much of the GPU price is quality and how much is from the GPU price climb? :)

The gpu is overpriced due to the current shortage of gpu's but on a good note that gpu would cost a lot more in the USA if one could even be found. Not sure how Latvia does it but they have a better selection and prices in regards to gpu's than the US, Canada and western Europe at the moment.
