A nice GPU would be what you want. Your CPU is good enough, though an OC would be nice too.

Whats your budget? You might want to throw a 64-bit copy of windows on it as youre only getting to use ~half of your RAM.

A good sub-£200 GPU would be the HD6950/560Ti.
Gigbabyte HD6950 £186

Asus GTX 560Ti £173

However, I would get a copy of win7 also, as WOW isn't that GPU taxing, but with an extra GB of RAM and DX11 support, things would be faster and look better. I would really advise you to get rid of your old PSU with a new GPU also and get something higher quality. If you want it to be £200 for everything heres another idea.

Win 7 OEM £70 http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microsoft-windows-7-home-premium-64-bit-sp1-operating-system-single-oem
Corsair 430W £35 http://www.scan.co.uk/products/430w-corsair-cmpsu-430cx-builder-series-80-eff-120mm-fan-single-12v-rail-atx-psu
GTX 460 1GB £113

Total: £218

32bit windows runs as much ram as ur motherboard can take. It just displays that u have 4gb but ur getting the full use of however much u have compared to a 64bit copy
