[SOLVED] Upgrades with 450w PSU

So here's the sitch, I am currently looking to upgrade from my GTX 1060 (3gb), and I am thinking about buying either an RTX 2060, 2060 SUPER, RX5700 or a GTX 1660 ti

The problem for me is that I only have, from what I am guessing, a mediocre or bad 450w PSU (see pic below).

I am pretty confident that I could run the 1660 ti no problem, but the others are the parts I'm concerned about. I would much rather get one of the others for the performance jump, but if I do I'm concerned that I'll have to spend extra money on a new PSU (I know should get a better PSU anyway, but waiting for the extra cash is annoying).

The actual question now: Could I get a 2060/SUPER/RX5700 and run it without any severe problems with this PSU?

1660ti tops with a 450w PSU if it's a decent one.

A quality PSU with enough power is more important as it runs and protects your setup.

What is the make and model of this 450w? Pic broken.

If its a good 450w, a 1660ti is about the max.
