Upgradet to RX 580 and just a little bit change

Hello!

I upgraded my gpu to Sapphire RX 580 8GB special edition from Gigabyte HD 7870 and I dont really have more fps for example in CS:GO.
What should I do to "feel" the difference between this 2 card?

My spec:
MB:Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
CPU:AMD FX-8350 Octa-Core 4GHz AM3+

Apparently CS:GO is plagued with issues. There's people with GTX 1080 Ti's that are getting bad FPS on CS:GO. There's a good chance you are going to have to wait for a patch

CS GO is very dependent on CPU single core performance and your FX8350 has very weak single core performance by modern standards. Chances are your CPU was the limiting factor with your old gpu or very close. What other games are you running?

You'll need to check if your CPU is saturated trying to achieve the frame rate you are after. If reducing the graphics settings does not produce a significant increase in FPS, then it is almost certainly your CPU that isn't fast enough.

your cpu is too weak, that is why a better card gave little to no fps increase
