Hello guys, i have a budget of $500 to upgrade my pc for gaming tell me the best and cheapest components i want an i5 processor, 8 gb ram (4x2), 1tb hard diak internal, a good gpu either 2 gb or 4 gb. Please answerme in detail.plz plz plz plz

500 you're really scraping the bottom of the barrel. Any way you can go higher?

The GTX 750 calls for a MINIMUM of 300 watts. Not to mention you have to supply power to everything else connected to your board, such as; HDDs, Optical Drives etc. So, NO, I would not advise getting the PSU you listed.

Someone on here once told me that your PSU is like the heart of your computer, it doesn't matter how good the brain is if the heart isn't strong enough.

thank you for the response....what PSU would you recommend ? the one listed obove ? how would i know if the new psu is compatible with the motherboard in terms of connection?

Sorry for all the questions but im a complete NOOB when it comes to PC....

Here is a good entry level build that'll get the job done and has everything you asked for for under $500 (after discounts and mail in rebates of course) If you can spare just about $30 more you can opt in for the STRIX version of the GPU in this list.

~NOTE~
this build does not come with an optical drive (i.e. dvd drive) and to install an operating system you would use a flash drive through USB. Also, if you wanted a different case then do your research on internal space and airflow and that it has usb 3.0 on the front of the case so that you can utilize the connectors on your MOBO for that. Also, with this motherboard it is stated that some models require an update to the bios to function properly so you would need to grab a bios update file for it and install it to get the most funtionality out of it.
on a side note, the GPU is as cheap as it is becuase of the mail in rebate. and after taxes it with the rebate it will come to $100

No worries, the form factor of the motherboard is "ATX." So all you need to do is look up "ATX Power Supply Units"
Also, pcpartpicker.com will give you warnings when you select incompatible items.

great thank you so much !!!!

No problem. Good luck with your build!
