Upgrading 1090t to 3770k worth it?

Hi, i have a 1090t and i just saw on a likewise craiglist site in my country and found out a 3770k + ASRock Extreme4 Z77 for 200 bucks. Is it a good price? Is it worth buying?

I know it will be an upgrade, but am I going to feel it? I hope i can now finally play Arma3, I havent had any problem with other games, Overwatch, H1z1, CSGO, LoL, ive had some not so good fps on the Division (I had a 6790, upgraded to a R9 380 4gb recently). Still not good fps 40~ on the Division. Will my games play any better? Ty, ill be meeting the guy tomorrow and I asked for atleast 1 week of warranty he was cool about it.

thats a great price and it'll definitely be a solid upgrade. you'll be able to feel it for sure.

I think that's a great deal (if your 200 bucks was converted to USD). Would definitely boost your fps a lot in some games. I bet you won't get a cpu and motherboard this good for this price even when Zen is out tbh.

starting the computer up is a good test. thats how you know it works properly. oh and by the way you're gonna probably want to reinstall windows once the new platform is installed. swapping a new board + cpu into an existing system isnt advisable without a fresh install of windows. this way you know there isnt anything conflicting (old drivers, new MB drivers, other crap, etc...)
