Upgrading 2010 PC,Need Advice

First, hello this is my first post, sorry for my English but i think you will understand my problem

These are my current components on non gaming pc that i bought in 2010:
cpu: Pentium Dual Core E5400 @2.7 GHz
gpu: Nvidia GeForce 210 with 512 Mb GDDR2
motherboard:Asus P5KPL-AM
ram:2x2 GB DDR2 ram memory


So i want to upgrade this pc, to be able to play new games, (not necessary on full hd resolution because i have 1440x900 monitor),through time, if you know what i mean.I decided to buy this components : (Feel free to suggest better ones if they are not to much expensive )
cpu: AMD Phenom X4 9650
gpu:ASUS AMD Radeon R7 260X OC 2G
memory: Not decided yet but sure some DDR3(4 Gb or 8 i dont now yet)
motherboard:Need help to decide(around 30 euros if there is that cheap but good motherboard)

So guys i need help,because i upgrade i wont buy all components on same time, so i dont know what to buy first, maybe motherboard because my is bad, or gpu or cpu, really i need your help to guide me in this upgrade

I don't know what's available in your area, but I would avoid the old Phenom CPUs. They never had performance that could match Core2. In the US, you can get the best bang for your buck with intel xeon/i7 cpus that use the lga1366 socket (xeon e5550) or the slightly newer Sandy Bridge chips on 1155 (i3 2100). Either one of those would soundly beat the Phenom in gaming performance.

I am buying budget cpu and others components and i7 or i3 are way expensive in my country, but what to buy firs, cpu, gpu, motherboard or what when upgrade.If Phenom is bad, i will search for some other budget cpu

The parts I recommended are budget parts. If you cannot afford even those old parts, you may be better off keeping your current motherboard an upgrading your CPU to a Core2Quad. That could power an R7 260x. I wouldn't spend the money on more than 4Gb of RAM, though. You should be devoting that extra money into a better cpu and motherboard.

I don't know what the used market is like in Serbia, but if you could find a used Dell T3500 or T5500 or HP/Compaq Elite 8200 or Z600 or Lenovo S20--those would all make a good start to a gaming machine. With the old/budget parts you are looking at, you will get a much better price buying a whole system.
