Hi!
I need help upgrading my 2013 PC. My specs:
-Intel core i5 3470 3.2Ghz 6MB s1155
-Scythe Katana 4 CPU Cooler SCKTN 4000
-GIGABYTE GA-H77DS3H
-2X4GB Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz DDR3
-GYGABYTE RADEON HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 (damaged, crashes randomly while gaming since I got the PC but the store said "our lab couldn't find any problem with it)
-WD 500GB 7200RPM SATA III
-WD 320GB 7200RPM SATA II (from my first PC)
-Corsair 600W V2 ACTIVE PFC 12CM Fan PSU CMPSU-600CXV2
-Arctic cooling F12 120mm case fan

I was thinking for first adding 240-256 GB Samsung SSD.
And to change my GPU to Nvidia 1060GTX. But I'm not sure if my current CPU will prevent the 1060 from getting full performance.
Another Thing I wanted to do is maybe add more 4-8 GB of RAM
I mostly play PUBG, BF4 and telltale games, not as much as I used to when I was younger, but still I can't stand my current GPU anymore.

Changing CPU would be a little too much of investments for my right now because of the i7 prices and because in my country no one buys used CPUs.

Thanks for the help :D

This is the absolute worst time in history to buy a GFX card. Literally, the worst time EVER. Crypto-mining has GFX card prices at insanely high prices. The 1060 6GB is usually about $289. The mining has pushed that price up around $200.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226693. 8GB is quite possibly enough for now if you need to wait. Be aware that adding RAM may or may not work. We've fielded plenty of Why doesn't my new RAM work with the old? questions. I still have 8GB. When gaming I am not getting close to 8GB yet. My PC isn't broke so there isn't a need to fix it.

The 1060 costs right now 490$ where I live. I checked and 6 moneths ago it was 420$ so I'll wait for prices drop, if they would happen (not sure that the common crypto mining thing would vanish soon enough)

And about the RAM I would hold on that just for now, focusing on getting that SSD and GPU first.
Thanks
